Assistant to the Managing Directors (m/f/d)

This is a unique opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual: You will gain detailed insights into the organization while ensuring that our two managing directors can focus on the things that matter most. 

  • You are the right hand of our two managing directors and help them in their day to day responsibilities

  • You support them in strategy development presentations and speeches for internal and external pitches

  • You participate in high-ranked meetings and customer pitches on C-level and follow up on next steps by documenting and tracking discussed topics

  • You organize meetings and events, internally and externally

  • You interact across the whole organization and across all levels

Your profile
  • You have recently finished your university degree or have just started your career
  • You are organized and structured and enjoy managing multiple tasks and projects at the same time
  • You have a self-driven work ethic and are eager to learn
  • Your working style is characterized by pro-activity, structuredness, result orientation, and independence
  • You are able to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
  • Your German language skills are level C1 or above as we have strong exposure in the German market, these language skills are a must
  • Excellent English skills complete your profile and make you the ideal candidate for apinity
