Scrum Master / Agile Coach (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
  • You will help and inspire the product and tech teams to improve their effectiveness and ways of working 
  • You will help and motivate the different product and tech teams to improve their communication and collaboration capabilities, inside and across teams
  • You will generate, monitor and drive continuous improvements on key Agile, flow metrics and engineering metrics (cycle time, deployment frequency, failure rate, time to detect, time to restore), leveraging the capabilities of our existing tools (e.g. Atlassian suite)
  • You improve the quality of our Agile ceremonies, making them efficient and joyful experiences for the team
  • You can help the team identify and properly define improvement actions (e.g. from retrospectives) and manage their execution
  • If your personal tool box is good enough and you enjoy developing and creating value in this area, you may help design, organize and facilitate workshops and offsites for the product and tech teams.

Your profile
  • You combine soft and interpersonal skills with a focus on quantitative metrics that show the organization the evolving direction of continuous improvement. 
  • You are passionate about operational excellence in tech and product teams and actively contribute to measure, monitor and improve our key productivity metrics. You need to have experience generating and driving teams with metrics as you need to be our reference point in this area.
  • You can work in scrum and kanban. You bring positive energy and increased efficiency to the team, in particular through the daily stand-ups, Agile ceremonies (retrospectives, sprint reviews, sprint planning and refinement meetings) and quarterly roadmap planning. 
  • You believe that Agile frameworks are a means to an end: Joyful efficiency. You embrace the principles of Agile and Lean way more than the strict application of any specific Agile framework. 
  • You understand that metrics provide information but metrics need to be interpreted and are also a means to an end. You have seniority, you are knowledgeable in change management, you are insightful to understand what is the next step in our journey of joyful efficiency and you have great influencing skills to get the desired changes and commitments from the individuals and teams.
  • You resonate and embrace our core principles and values. Your behaviors reflect our core values. You can coach team members to develop effective communication skills, generating trust and engagement.
