(Senior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

This role gives you the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. We are looking for an ambitious individual who can check as many boxes on the requirements below.   • You design our marketing strategy and implement it

  • You plan strategic and cross-team campaigns for our digital B2B products

  • You implement campaigns for new customer acquisition, lead generation and existing customer development across all digital channels

  • You align the campaigns with our product management and sales teams

  • You implement campaigns with local adaptation

  • You monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the measures

  • You observe and analyse the market and the competitive environment

  • You independently identify trends and developments to implement new, innovative marketing approaches independently

Your profile
  • You have at least 3 - 8 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally also in B2B marketing, start-up environments, or  marketing software products that require explanation (preferably even in an agency environment)

  • You have good knowledge of relevant marketing tools such as e.g. Piwik, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google Ads

  • You have experience in project management with external service providers

  • You have excellent communication skills, especially in terms of presentations and interacting with diverse teams

  • You have experience in creating and writing marketing content in the software or insurance industry, ideally for start-ups

  • Your working style is characterised by pro-activity, structuredness, result orientation, and independence

  • German language skills on C1 or above and excellent English skills are a must
