We support remote work and flexible working hours! Our headquarters are in Munich but it may be possible to work from anywhere within Germany or Spain, where we have a subsidiary. Plus, we give you the freedom to work from nearly any location worldwide for 40 working days per year.
We are seeking a Senior Front End Developer with Strong Angular Experience to join our team. As a Senior Front End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using Angular.
Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using Angular
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and back-end developers to develop and maintain applications
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that is scalable and easy to understand
Implement unit and e2e tests to ensure that the code is reliable and performant
Contribute to the development of testing strategies
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintain coding standards
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
Contribute to quarterly roadmap development
Mentor and share experience with team members
Contribute to improving software delivery processes
Your profile
5+ years of professional experience in Front End development
3+ years of experience in Angular development
Strong fundamentals and experience working with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS (SASS, LESS) and the latest web standards
Experience with state management libraries. (NgRx, Redux)
Proficient in writing Unit tests in Jasmine, Jest or other test framework
Good knowledge of software architectures, design patterns, and best practices
Experience with responsive design and development
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end systems
Understanding of Git and version control systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
A team player attitude
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Ability to break down a large piece of work into smaller deliverable chunks.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with Agile methodologies, SCRUM processes
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with other frontend frameworks (e.g. NextJS, React, Vue.js)
Experience with Tailwind CSS
Experience with Cypress or other e2e test frameworks
Good knowledge of modern build/automation pipelines and tools (CI/CD)
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with other front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js)
Experience with server-side rendering and SEO optimization
